In this session you will learn and explore the root causes and correlations of your depression to gain knowledge and empowerment over your symptoms.

 

Module II
 Exploring Thought Patterns of Depression

M2 | Session One: Our Core Beliefs

In this module we explore how our thoughts influence our emotions, and how they can play a major role in our depressive symptoms.

M2 | Session Two: Challenging Negative Inner Voices

In this session you will learn about the negative inner voices which filter events into fuel for depressive symptoms, and how to challenge these voices.

M2 | Session Three: Exploring the Origins of Depression

In this session you will explore the origin story of your depression, and where it fits in your overall life timeline.

M2 | Session Four: Healthy Thought Patterns (Part 1)

In this session you will learn about positive core beliefs which lead to improved emotion, and how to incorporate these into your thought processes.

M2 | Session Five: Healthy Thought Patterns (Part 2)

In this session we continue our look at healthy thought patterns, point out common thought triggers and healthy replacement responses.

 

Module III
Skills to Shift Depression

M3 | Session One: Depletion vs. Replenishment

In this module we look at the functional, practical ways you can take hold of your emotions and drastically reduce symptoms of depression.

M3 | Session Two: Exploring Sadness & Numbness

In this session we expand the emotion model to gain more control over your thoughts and feelings, improving your experience of living.

M3 | Session Three: Fact-Checking Unhelpful Emotions

In this session we learn how to fact-check our emotions to see whether or not they fit the facts of the present reality.

M3 | Session Four: Changing Unhelpful Emotions

Have you ever felt powerless over your emotions? In this session we learn exactly how to change unhelpful emotions which plague our lives.

M3 | Session Five: Cutting Depression At The Source

In this session we learn how to problem solve situations to regulate our emotions when we are plagued by external stressors.

 

Module IV
Creating & Maintaining Improved Mood

M4 | Session One: Creating Daily Joy

In this module we work on continuing and cementing the changes and improvements you are experiencing as a result of implementing new skills and thought patterns.

M4 | Session Two: Living In Alignment

In this session you will explore your values and assess practical ways to live more in alignment with them.

M4 | Session Three: Pleasant Productivity

In this session you will learn how to strategically use manageable amounts of productivity to improve and stabilize your moods.

M4 | Session Four: Preparing for Potential Triggers

In this session you will establish your depression action plan to plan for and prevent potential setbacks and depressive episodes.

M4 | Session Five: Planning to Prevent Setbacks

In this session you will create a depression action plan and learn about your “zones” to maintain a full and free life for the long-term.
