Distress Meditation

This sensation meditation is design to help you regulate overwhelming emotions, and get to a place of calm when feeling deeply distressed. Once you are calm, you can begin to think clearly about how to move forward.

Note: You can get the most use of this meditation by following up with a 3 minute journal, an inner child meditation or any other skill that feels relevant to you.
